Classic Ghee

Ghee is a form of clarified butter, made by caramelizing the milk solids and thus creating a deeper, more complex flavor profile.

With the removal of the milk solids and moisture, ghee is classified as an oil, generally considered safe for those with lactose issues, and is shelf stable. To preserve the shelf stability, store away from light and moisture.

Our ghee is hand poured, and is crafted from high quality unsalted butter.

*Our offerings are sold by net weight, not volume. It is normal that the jar is not filled to the brim.*
