Milky Oat Tinctures

Harvested at the "milky" stage of seed development, milky oat (Avena sativa) tops come from the same plant as those we eat in our cereal. Oatstraw, also commonly used in our tinctures, is harvested from the same plant.

Milky Oats are often used as a nervine in herbal medicine. It helps to alleviate frayed nerves, calm the nervous system, strengthens emotional fortitude, and builds resilience.
